This position is supporting Talent Partner in Employer Branding activities, Talent Aquisitions process for various direct roles requiring from factories. You will ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey by coordinating interviews, managing health checks, and handling offer documentation with accuracy and care-creating an experience that reflects our commitment to candidate-centric hiring. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, social media, and event coordination, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
Your responsibilities:
• Support planning and execution of the Campus Ambassador Program. Enhancing Employer Branding on Campus Recruitment at Universities, Colleges, Internship hiring and Global Trainee Program implementation (assessments, CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.). Represent the team at events supporting university relations and recruitment.
• Plan and organize employer branding events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Create and distribute engaging content for social media and internal channels.
• Coordinate with team and manage the Trainee/ Internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of interns.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies (Blue-collar hiring, staff level).
• Conduct background checks, reference checks, and verify employment eligibility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Innitiating and deploying other HR projects as assigned.
• Registering visitor candidate arriving Hitachi energy factories/premise for interviews at security gates. Meeting room arrangements.
Yêu cầu
Your background:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Human Resource management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with excellent communication.
• Able to work independently or collaboratively while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in copywriting, social media, and project coordination.
• Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding and welcoming candidates.
• Attract diverse talent through various channels. Build and maintain external talent pipelines; source, attract, and pre-screen candidates for suitability.
• Champion candidate-centricity and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
