🎯 WE ARE HIRING - EMPLOYER BRANDING INTERN
📍 Location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
🕒 Working hours: Monday - Friday | 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
A. Social Media Content & Employer Branding
Create and develop engaging content for O-Tech Careers' social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and other platforms.
Participate in brainstorming creative ideas and developing content to strengthen O-Tech's employer brand and attract potential candidates.
Support the production of social media content, including posts, short-form videos, photos, and employee stories, to showcase company culture, workplace experiences, and career opportunities.
Monitor social media trends and propose new content ideas to improve engagement and expand audience reach.
Track basic content performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the effectiveness of employer branding activities.
B. Recruitment Marketing
Assist in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, where applicable.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and candidate interest.
Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align employer branding content with hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Final year or fresh-graduated from a university or college, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, or related fields.
Interested in social media, content creation, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
Creative, proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Threads.
Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
Candidates with knowledge of digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads or TikTok Ads) are preferred. Further training will be provided
