Employer Branding Manager/ Supervisor (Work At District 9, Hcmc)

Analyze and evaluate the current situation of the business; build the company's culture and thereby to strengthen the image of TTI's Employer branding.
Determine goals for Employer branding strategy at specific times based on short-term and long-term requirements:
Get more job applications
More highly qualified candidates
Increase online interactions.
Increase candidate engagement
Raise employer branding awareness to candidates.
Build up trust for current candidates.
Get more website visitors.
Increase job referral rate.
Increase offer acceptance rate.
Define proper employer branding channels.
Optimize TTI's Employer branding website and online recruiting channels (friendly interface, simple to use, simplified in registration process, updated continuously and regularly).
Create a different experience from the onboarding process.
Create recognition from the community: include community events, awards, press releases, meetings with representatives from the government, ministries, etc.
Revise job descriptions and systemize candidate database; provide caring to existing potential candidate pool.
Call for TTI's internal job sharing and introduction.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the strategy in each stage (employee engagement before and after probation, recruitment costs, recruitment quality, quantity of passed candidates in needed time, etc.).
Work with universities to expand TTI 's branding and connect fresh graduate source by introducing attractive training programs.
