MISSION
To play key role in maximizing installed- base potential sales through targeted remote actions with
customers assigned alongside with the sales team.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Contribute & support sales team to deliver services order (complied CCOGM%, terms & conditions).
- Contact sales directly to mid-market clients.
- Manage the quote process and for delivery to the customer.
- Refresh installed base data and analyze for revenue extraction opportunities.
Ensure response time to exceed requirement of process
- Coordinate with outside sales force / account managers for renewals and capture rate related sales actionable data.
- Monitor data for revenue extraction from customers.
- Update product features and service offers.
Ensure utilization rate (time to focus on customers & projects)
- Responsible for invoicing, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders.
- Support Sales team and coordinate Internal Team (Marketing, Logistic Centers, Field Services Engineers, Service Consultant...), and External Groups (Distributor, Service integrator, Supplier...) to deliver the scope of services to the customers.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: University Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering and/or Business Administration
- Working experience: Minimum 03 years experience in similar job in electricity industry or the likes (ie: Inside sales, sales admin, sales operation & sales coordinator).
- Business understanding: Context and business of customer, different management contacts of customer, technical and commercial terms and condition of SE's equipment, solution and services, working process and functions of related parties (department)
Schneider Electric business and internal rules (communication, POR, email etc.)
- Effective spoken and written English communication, email skills, interpersonal skill, customer satisfaction & service orientation, analytical minded, time-management, planning and organizing.
