· Work Independently and Develop growth strategies and plans for industrial Inverter division
· Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
· Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
· Research new business opportunities and viable income streams
· Follow industry trends both locally and internationally
· Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve goals
· Develop close working relationship with international partners
· Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
· Increase client base and build corporate image in the market as a reliable testing partner
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· 5-8 years of business development, sales or channel management experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
· Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
· Good at English
