Responsibilities
Provide technical and strategic guidance to a team of skilled engineers, encouraging innovation and ensuring successful project delivery.
Establish and maintain connections with the partner leadership team, serving as the primary contact for team deliverables.
Uphold Google's standards by focusing on reliability, security, and operational efficiency within large-scale distributed systems.
Cultivate an environment that values unique perspectives and empowers every team member to contribute authentically.
Partner closely with stakeholders to align priorities, gather requirements, and meet business objectives.

Bachelor's degreeor equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of full-stack development, primarily focused on the front-end.
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
2 years of experience using Generative AI.
Experience working on Business Intelligence and Conversational Experiences.
