Mô tả công việc
1. Technical Project Management Production process improvement
• Lead daily quality management and improvement activities: collecting all the reject per workstation, making analysis and proposal of action plan for improvement, reporting to Manager
• Drive and lead for improvement of KPIs, MUV, Productivity, NVAA, OEE, SMED, Hard saving project with 6 sigma approach
• Drive and lead for quality improvement (Root cause analysis/ action plan..) following DIR or A3 or CAPA
• Drive and lead for preventive process inspection to avoid holdback or issue during production or validation/verification
• Training to Technician, Supervisor, Line leader on preventive process inspection to avoid quality issue or hold back notification
2. Customer and Supplier Complaint
• Drive and lead investigation and improvement activities for customer complaint following information in the C3 SAP system
• Provide detail information and work with QC to make complaint to supplier in cases of any quality issues with the components
3. Reporting and documentation
• Make monthly report for: MUV, OEE, Quality, Hard saving project, Cashout, Investment Project
• Prepare SOP/ FMDS document for new production machine or equipment or production line
• Training to Technician, Supervisor, Line leader and Operator regards to any new/ revised SOP/FMDS documents.
4. Project Management
• Participate into technical review (making URS) with PMO for new production machine or equipment
• Do FAT for new project and follow up with supplier to solve for open points
• Do SAT (machine commissioning/ test run/ validation..) then transfer to production once it completed with passed results.
• Lead Local change under responsibility area such as new machine, new equipment, improvement process, improvement machine, improvement equipment, new material...(make URS/ RFQ/WF/ChC...)
• Supporting Manager for Global change control. Execute the Global change according to task list defined in the Global change control
5. Others task
• Drive and Lead for 5S implementation in production
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree with technical background in electrical, chemical or mechanical,..
• Have at least 3-year-working experience in production environment.
• Experience in improvement of production process included manual and semi auto process is added advantage
• Good knowledge in term of root cause analysis methodology
• Lean manufacturing knowledge in 5S, 6Sigma
• Good English communication for both speaking and writing
• Report and Presentation skill
• Good Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook. SAP is an advantage
• Good communication and organized skill
