1. DUTIES/TRÁCH NHIỆM:
• Planning and coordinating all on-site construction activities.
• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
• Preparing and submitting site documentation.
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Sub-contractor pricing negotiation.
• Providing technical advice, supervising projects and solving problems on site.
• Other assigned jobs.

Yêu cầu
Qualification /Trình độ: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, construction engineering
• Compulsory certificate to apply: Construction supervision practicing certificates (field: Supervision of civil - industrial engineering or Equipment installation supervision ) or Construction design certificate or Architectural designing certificate.
(Chứng chỉ bắt buộc: Chứng chỉ hành nghề giám sát thi công xây dựng hạng III trở lên (Lĩnh vực: giám sát công tác xây dựng công trình dân dụng - công nghiệp/Giám sát công tác lắp đặt thiết bị vào công trình hoặc Chứng chỉ hành nghề thiết kế xây dựng hạng III trở lên hoặc chứng chỉ hành nghề kiến trúc)
Experience/Kinh nghiệm:
• 5-10 years' experience in field: Construction business, especially Air conditioning, Solar generation, facilities at factory.
• Skill for designing and construction management
• Good writing and speaking English
Skills/Kỹ năng:
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Enthusiastic, have sense of responsibility
• High attention to detail, curiosity and creative thinking
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to network and utilize internal and external resources
Other/Khác:
• Willing to travel for business
