Job Summary
Fushan Technology Vietnam is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering operations in a dynamic CM/ODM manufacturing environment for US customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the engineering team to support production and new product introduction (NPI)
• Improve manufacturing processes, production efficiency, yield, and product quality
• Work closely with Production, Quality, PMC, Supply Chain, and customers to solve technical and operational issues
• Manage engineering projects and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement activities
• Monitor engineering KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed
• Support customer audits, engineering reviews, and change management activities
• Coach and develop team members to build a strong engineering organization
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a CM (Contract Manufacturing) or ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) environment supporting US customers
• OR Having at least 5 years of experience in SMT (TPM, DFM, PM)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and engineering processes
• Experience in consumer electronics manufacturing is preferred
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills
