With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead teams focused on mission critical, large-scale infrastructure. You will play an important role in improving the user experience for all Google products and services by improving the reliability and capabilities of the traffic engineering system underlying Google's internet connections. You will also accelerate the adoption of Google Cloud Platform services in two ways. By improving the reliability and effective capacity of internet connectivity from ISPs all over the world to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and by leveraging traffic-engineering to build differentiated internet data transfer product offerings.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$284,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
