Mô tả công việc
- Support activities such as installation, inspection and adjustment of machines.
- Design out maintenance to increase uptime and optimize equipment to its functions.
- Recommend and implement initiatives such as improvements of all production processes, new techniques and products, purchases of new machinery
- Plan & supervise subcontractors' work at site as required.
- To minimize unscheduled machines breakdowns
- Carry out technical evaluation and analysis on component and machine failures as required
- Responsible to prepare intervention (relation) reports
- Develop Project Plan, establish timeline and ensure works are completed on schedule and within budget.
- To ensure & monitoring all daily routines are conducted complied to Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) policies and regulation.
- Establish Preventive Maintenance Plan to improve machines performance and quality while reducing costs
- Identify and research opportunity for productivity and related safety improvements.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of related machinery and equipment for possible operation
- Assist plants in machinery and equipment specification.
- Plan, organize and control all maintenance work within the company to ensure that plant and machines are well maintained to the required standards of quality and availability.
- Review all working practices, procedures and equipment to ensure that they are the most efficient and effective available.
- Other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical \ Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 3 to 5 year experience as Engineering Manager in the same Industry or manufacturing industry
- Candidate with Engineering background with a min. of 15 year experience or 10 years on the same Industry are encourage to apply
- Able to lead a team of technicians to achieve yield and machine downtime
- A team player with well-developed leadership style and mature personality.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to details, resourceful and result oriented with strong organizing and planning skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Able to work under pressure and timelined target.
- Good English communication skill and computer literate
- High achievement, assertive, initiatives, responsible, team player and able to make decisions.
