Reporting to Senior/ Operation Manager and be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, mechanical and electrical areas including rehabilitation and preventative maintenance for systems and equipment, completion of works, and management within established budgetary guidelines.
1. Oversee and coordinate the broad array of maintenance activities, including operations, preventative maintenance activities, and repair and rehabilitation of systems and equipment.
2. Schedule, prioritize, and oversee the progress of works.
3. Oversee preventative maintenance plans
4. Oversees staff to ensure that works are scheduled appropriately to completion.
5. Effectively communicate with all other divisions and operating departments.
6. Develops and implements departmental SOP.
7. Maintain all the equipment licenses and systems criteria within the legal regulations.
8. Be responsible for ensuring all works are completed in a safe and timely manner
9. Equipment and system management: Check and maintain to assure all the equipment and system to meet with the company quality standards. Ensure all utility systems are operated fully and followed strictly preventive maintenance schedule.

11. Monitor the utilities consumption within the budget and saving targets.
12. Manage contractors to make sure they fulfill their obligations and comply with the building rules and regulations.
13. Daily oversight of on-site tenant construction and property improvements under regulations and guidelines of the shopping mall.
14. Propose Tenants Fit-Out and Shop Front Design Guidelines, House rules (including incorporating Main Contractor's rules for pre-CCC fit-out).
15. Fit-Out M&E Design Reviews: Conduct briefing on tenancy design guidelines (Fit-out, Shop Front guidelines and M&E guideline)
16. Attend to all breakdown or complains promptly and to perform investigation and rectification works. Propose necessary and suitable rectification solutions.
