Mô tả công việc
1. Define and maintain the stock point of the inventory to minimize the stock level and meet the customer requirement.
2. Establish the bills of material, routings, of the products
3. Carry out and monitor the transaction of the inventory and maintain accurate stock value
4. Monitor the stock level and make suggestions for new purchase of raw material, supplies
5. Issue, close the work orders and decide the due time of the work order and report the variance if any to the supervisors
6. Work with manufacturing department to establish the capacity of each work center and work load
7. Monitor the quantity of tooling and related consumables and suggest for new purchase
8. Work with the standard cost of the products
9. Any other task, role, responsibility as advised by the Plant Manager time to time.
Yêu cầu
1. University (Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer);
2. 3-5 years' experience in similar position
3. Good written and verbal English;
4. Knowledge of material, manufacturing processes.
5. Computer literate
6. Good understanding on LEAN theory and practice
7. Solid communication, interpersonal skills.
8. Managerial & Leadership
9. Problem solving and decision making
10. Ability to calculate and use common measuring devices, tapes, micrometers, calipers, etc
11. Knowledge of metal fabricating and machining techniques
