• Support the mechanical development of electronic traffic signage products.
• Guide products through the design-to-manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize designs.
• Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Conduct tests and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing phase.
• Document findings and recommendations for process improvements.
• Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of components.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Yêu cầu
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed technical drawings for both standard and customized equipment, including 2D drawings derived from 3D assemblies.
• Ensure all drawings and technical documentation comply with internal standards, and update or revise existing materials as necessary.
• Create part numbers and bills of materials within the ERP system, including all required information for fabrication and procurement.
• Edit, manage, and distribute technical drawings and instruction documents while maintaining synchronization between the publication directory and the ERP system.
• Collaborate frequently with the engineering team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the product development cycle.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of drawing and documentation processes.
• Provide support for technical documentation related to sales, such as specifications, product briefs, and instruction manuals.
Required Skills
• Proficient in Inventor CAD; experience with Vault is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Dynacom is an asset.
• Strong understanding and application of technical drawing standards.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is considered an asset.
• A technical diploma or degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
