Mô tả công việc
- Research and share best practices and trends in K12 curriculum development and Test Prep,
- Update the English Team on new pedagogical approaches,
- Compile, review and edit the English team's content output (content directions and guidelines, syllabi, video scripts, study guides, lesson notes, learning materials, tests and other documents as required) for our online and offline education services,
- Observe online teachers and give feedback for content and teaching quality improvement,
- Substitute classes (up to 3 hours/ week) as required,
- Deliver training to the curriculum team and online teachers.

- Skills: You... can work independently and in teams, respond to needs in a timely manner, have high attention to detail and can provide constructive feedback, possess high academic writing skills, can provide precise editing of educational materials and scripts, can relay English concepts in a way that's appealing, simple, and relevant to learners.
- Knowledge: You... have an understanding of the Vietnamese education sector and typical needs of secondary and high school Vietnamese learners, are knowledgeable about local and national curricular, exam systems, and student learning behaviors.
- Experience: You... have at least 5-year experience of teaching English, preferably high school or higher level students, have experience developing curriculum and learning materials, are competent in writing, proofreading and editing tests and learning content.
- Qualification: You... hold an MA Degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics or English Teaching Methodology, have an IELTS certificate of 7.5 or above
