Mô tả công việc
Execute marketing campaigns to generate interest and leads for English classes.
Respond to inquiries and conduct calls with parents in order to enroll new students.
Collaborate with teachers and teaching assistants to ensure effective lesson delivery.
Communicate with parents about course updates and student progress.
Interact and build rapport with students and parents while at the center.
Contribute to the overall growth and development of the center by identifying and implementing new initiatives.
Yêu cầu
Fluent in Vietnamese.
A high level of spoken and written English: preferably IELTS band 7 / Cambridge C1 or higher.
A Bachelor's degree in any subject.
Experience working at an English center in any type of position (teaching assistant, teacher, administrator, marketer, salesperson etc)
Has at least a basic understanding of English center operations and customer service.
A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with parents and students.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to create simple marketing content and manage social media platforms.
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
Passionate about working in English education.
