ENGLISH - SPEAKING CONTENT MODERATOR

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, and media) to ensure platform safety and compliance with community guidelines.
Take action on harmful or inappropriate content and escalate complex/sensitive cases.
Consistently meet expected time and quality standards.
Participate in continuous training programs to stay current on policy and platform changes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum high school diploma (college education preferred).
English proficiency at B1-B2 level (written & spoken).
Typing speed of >=30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Strong mindset with the ability to handle sensitive/disturbing content professionally.
Prior Content Moderation (Como) experience is highly recommended.
BENEFITS:
Total Income: 11,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month. (Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND + Meal allowance: 500,000 VND + Monthly KPI incentive: 900,000 - 1,200,000 VND).
100% salary during the 2-month probation period.
Night shift allowance: 30% of base salary.
