RETENTION. Meet 100% teaching qualification in class, using student evaluation/assessment in consulting parents on re-enrolment
LEARNING MATERIALS. Aggresively guide parents to teach kids at home and create revenue from goods.
LESSON MANAGEMENT. Always teach accurately following lesson plan. Must prepare, learn by heart & practice lessons of all levels one week advance, with self-recorded video submitted.
TEACHING QUALITY. Able to consistently deliver value teaching quality with profound early childhood educational knowledge & following teaching qualification
CLASS CONTROL. Able to control student behaviors, disciplines, safety and manage a group of parents & students at maximum standard class size.
WORK ETHICS. Line-manager's assessment of the staff's common Efforts, Attitudes, Professionalism, Cross-functional teamwork to your team, other teams and the whole company. Guarantee the good quality of works in assigned individual/team project demonstrated by the results which are approved by your line-manager. Participate and take a role in all company's gathering, meeting and events planning.
