The role is to provide high quality translation support to the Tax Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate all documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa for tax and legal team and for other lines of service (if required):
- 50% workload (first priority): translate regulations on tax (e.g. corporate income tax, personal income tax, value added tax, transfer pricing and so forth)
- 50% workload (second priority): translate tax-related technical documents (e.g. tax audit/inspection minutes, official letters, contracts and so forth)
2. Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.

Requirements:
- At least two years of work experience in translation. Experience in a legal setting is an advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese. You are expected to possess strong levels of bilingual reading, writing, comprehension and editing skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, and a customer service oriented character.
- Hard working, good team player, supportive, proactive and reliable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
