Environment Specialist - 9 Months contract

Labor contract duration: 9 months
Working Location (shutter bus provided): Quarter 1B, An Phu ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province, Viet Nam
This position holder is responsible for
On-site Env Professional daily work for Binh Duong, Dong An, and Golden Farm plants specified operational sites(R&D), work as a coordinator for all Environmental matters in the above plants. Provide Plant Managers with professional onsite support, which requires professional and comprehensive experience, teamwork, and knowledge of the local environmental regulations/organization's policies and practices.
To ensure plant Environment compliance with the law and the ADM policy. Implementing EMS programs, conducting internal cross-site checks, and focusing on environmental compliance. In-time reporting and lead to do investigation, root cause analysis, track the findings status, and follow up the actions until items closed.
Proactively participate and provide professional support in regional projects, will be involved in sustainability initiatives and other supporting issues within the region.
EnvironmentSpecialist
Be responsible for all aspects of ENV on-site daily work for VN (Binh Duong, Dong An, Golden Farm) specified operational sites(R&D), maintain/update and arrange permits, Environment reports, monitoring, waste reporting, environment permit, EIA, ERP, etc,
To monitor vendor and daily work related to WWTS/Waste gas treatment system construction
To ensure sites` Env compliance. Be responsible for establishing and completing EMS in the VN area, compliance registers, permits, setting tasks and controls, managing data integration, ensuring the assigned EMS systems / Env Programs /SOPs comply with EHS laws & and regulations, as well as ADM policies
To provide professional support to the Plant Managers and local operation teams to achieve ENV Area KPIs and per-location KPIs
Deliver and develop training and documentation for environmental compliance, laws and regulation updates, ADM policies, and SOP.
Actively work with local operation team/authority/3rd party and other stakeholders
Other tasks assigned by the manager
VN Area ENV Coordinator:
To ensure VN area ENV compliance with the law, regulations, and ADM policy.
Implementing EMS programs and delivering training. Conduct regular environmental compliance checks and walkthroughs and focus on environmental compliance.
In time event reporting in the system, lead the local team for investigation and root causes analysis, track the findings status, and follow up on the actions until items are closed.
Sustainability & Area ENV Support
Actively participate in regional meetings and projects, providing professional support and best practice sharing/lesson learning
Actively participate in APAC sustainability initiatives (tracking and reporting) and area cross-supporting within the region.
Assist with H&S management on the sites.
