Mô tả công việc
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs on EHS topics for employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with manufacturing shops and other departments to initiate and guide the implementation of effective EHS control programs.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive environmental documentation, including permits, reports, and records, to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits by lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies to maintain positive EHS & ESG ratings.
• Stay current on evolving environmental regulations and industry best practices in the EV manufacturing sector.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in EHS performance.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Production) to ensure EHS considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering EHS training programs.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes in Vietnam.
• Strong understanding of EHS best practices in the automotive industry, with a focus on EV manufacturing (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with EHS management software (a plus).
• English proficiency is a plus.
