The Job:
As a Name of position, you'll be part of our Global Tools & Storage team at Compass II, a subsidiary of Stanley Black & Decker in Vietnam. In this role, you will play the lead the field/task/ responsibilities as below.
You will be working in VSIP 1, Binh Duong and total working hours is 48 hours weekly, from Mon - Fri.
Report to: EHS Manager
You'll get to:
- EHS Data Web Management (collect data, verify with relevant departments, analyze trends and recommend actions, maintain EHS data ready for review and audit).
- Lead of roadmaps: Chemical Safety, PPEs, Compliance Obligations, Waste Management Ensure the site complies with SBD Requirements & Vietnam law application.
- Responsible for environmental pillars: environment mornitoring, wastewater treatment plan, report anually, update the new regulation & implemention.
In charge of ECWW (energy conversation, water conversation, carbon reduction).
- Take lead for EHS Audit & Inspection.
- Responsible for developing EHS procedures, policies, guidelines as well as implementing and monitoring their implementation.
- Daily site tour and detect EHS non-compliance issues on roadmap & environments, discuss with relevant departments on closing the GAP.
- Work with relevant departments to promote EHS initiatives, implementation and good practices. Promoting EHS is non negotiable at the plant.
- Promoting initiatives to achieve zero to landfill.
- Promoting initiatives to achieve zero to landfill.
- Regular quarterly and annual environmental reports, greenhouse gas inventories, and energy reports.
- Maintain environmental management and safety management systems in accordance with guidelines.
- Support other tasks as assigned by management.

You also have:
- University degree in majors related to environmental, chemistry, safety and health.
- At least 3 year experience.

- Intergity & Accounbility: build trusted relationships; action with transparency & povistive itent; commit to ownership & ethical standards.
- Creative and proactive in work and assigned tasks.
- Proficient in Excel and computer, know statistical methods and techniques.
- English communicatation fluently. Good at excel, powerpoints, word.
- Good at comnunication, have a abilitiy on influence
