This position is responsible to act as a transformational environmental sustainability by formulating and successfully implementing the strategies of environmental sustainability to meet the stake holder expectations of "right thing to do" for the business community and the planet, whilst inculcating a culture of sustainability across the organization by fulfilling the requirements to achieve the organizational objectives.
- Conduct periodic audits & ensure the cluster sustainability compliances, targets are maintained properly.
- Problem solving & coordinate with different stakeholder for process improvements.
- Manage all aspects of Environmental Sustainability initiatives across the clusters.
- Managing external and internal stakeholders for enhance collaboration and to establish and maintain sustainability standards.
- Strengthen sustainability management systems within the organization.
- Drive implementation of systems, processes and best practices and standardization across the facilities.
- Formulate Env. Sustainability related expenses for the knit cluster and dept budgets.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
- Degree or/and Professional qualification in Eco Business Management or Environmental Sciences or Natural Resource Management or facility management /energy or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the [protected info] a similar position preferably or senior executive level position.
- Basic Knowledge in Computer and ICT usage including Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal skills. Good communication & presentation skills.
- Expert in key environmental aspects (e.g. Energy & emission, water, waste, material & chemicals management).
- Very good understanding of environmental related data storage systems.
- Facilitate change management process.
- Problem solving and continuous improvement.
