Mô tả công việc
• Equity Research & Investment Analysis: Conduct fundamental research and analysis of listed companies within assigned sectors, develop independent investment views and investment theses, and identify short- and long-term investment opportunities.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build, maintain, and update financial models, earnings forecasts, and valuation models using methodologies including DCF, P/E, P/B, EV/EBITDA, SOTP, and other relevant valuation approaches.
• Research & Publications: Initiate coverage and produce initiation reports, company/sector update reports, and flash notes on assigned companies and sectors.
• Primary Research: Proactively gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information through meetings and interactions with company management, industry experts, and other primary sources.
• AI & Data Analytics: Leverage AI tools to collect, synthesize, and analyze industry and company information to enhance the efficiency and quality of equity research.
• Perform other research-related tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

• Perform other research-related tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in the Finance, Economics, Banking, Investment, or related disciplines. Candidates with a quantitative background in Econometrics, Statistics, Data Science, or a similar field are also encouraged to apply
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in macroeconomic research, equity/market strategy, or investment research at a securities company, asset management firm, investment fund, bank, or research institution
• Candidates holding CFA Level II or above and/or a securities practicing certificate issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) are preferred
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and the Vietnamese equity market, with the ability to translate macroeconomic developments into market and investment views
• Experience using financial data and research platforms such as Bloomberg, LSEG Refinitiv, FiinPro, WiChart, or equivalent platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and analysis, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and the ability to apply them effectively in research workflows
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly and effectively
• Excellent research, writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to formulate and articulate investment views in a clear and structured manner
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
