Mô tả công việc
* ERP System Planning and Managements
- Survey, analyze the company's operational processes, and plan the implementation of the ERP project.
- Develop processes to optimize the control, management, and operation of the ERP system.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely input of data into ERP and integrated systems.
- Analyze business processes and align ERP functionalities with operational needs.
- Work closely with Tech-team to configure, customize, and enhance ERP applications through programming and scripting.
- Design user-friendly functionalities, interfaces, and reports.
- Monitor system performance, conduct diagnostic tests, and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest ERP upgrades and functionalities.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement
* User Support & Training
- Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct ERP training sessions for employees.
- Assist users in optimizing ERP functionalities for their specific roles.

Yêu cầu
* REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other related majors
- From 2-3 years of experience in the same position, experience in retail company is preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes and information management systems in enterprise
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Communicate fluently in English or Chinese
