Mô tả công việc
• Accept and appropriately resolve customer/partner issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner and in accordance with the Microsoft Terms & Conditions and contractual agreements.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills ensuring that verbal and written responses are relevant, complete and easily understood when communicating with internal team members, partners and customers in English.
• Use sound judgment in the management, escalation and resolution of support cases.
• Maintain high level of domain and technical skill in Microsoft ERP
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor or Master degree
• Experience in ERP Trade and Logistics and manufacturing consulting or support experience preferred some localization knowledge.
• Good based knowledge with ERP industry knowledge, eg. Retail, Warehouse and Transportation Management, Discrete, Process, Lean manufacturing is preferable
• Good English written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for lifelong learning and personal and professional development.
• Great communication skills, collaboration skills, self-motivation and must have a strong team spirit.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server platform and Microsoft SQL Server database and other Microsoft products and technology (Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, One Drive,...( (Beneficial)
