Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging ESL lessons aligned with international curriculum and tailored to the needs of teenagers and young learners.
Integrate 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and communication into lessons.
Foster intercultural understanding and global citizenship through project-based learning activities.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English to young learners or teenagers.
Proven ability to integrate 21st-century skills, global citizenship, or project-based learning into lessons.
Strong understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and global skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using technology tools for teaching and learning.
Enthusiastic, creative, and patient approach to teaching.
