Mô tả công việc
Participate in practical problems solving, kaizen and Eco-system activities (including: Quality Circle, Safety Kaizen, ECRS, WBK, ...) & escalating unsolved problems.
Consolidate training needs from production team members and functional teams to set up Master Training Plan and keep track of implementation progress.
Set up training & evaluation plan for team members; align with functional teams to conduct on schedule.
Consolidate the evaluation results into People Development KPI (monthly) report; record & communicate to ESO lead .
Support to implement individual performance evaluation by designing procedures, deploying & collecting appraisal results.
Coordinate with functional teams to set up evaluation criteria for each training module.
Collect training attendance/ evaluation results from functional teams and update in Training Record.
Keep track of TM Multi-skill record, provide data to support production manpower via Skill gaps analysis.
Implement Safety requirements to build culture of safety (including: complying with Safety regulations, involving in hazard analysis and reduction, encouraging members participating in safety activities and implement safety observation and escalation ...).
Self-comply and coach the members of ETC for well understanding and complying with company regulations.
Coordinate to support HR-System project in building up HR system integrated with MES to display TM training plan & skill records on Shop-floor.
Yêu cầu
Business Administration, or Law, or Human Resources, or Training management as requirement.
At least 3 year experience working in Human Resources, Training management
Language: English or Chinese (Good at 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
Computer: Proficient in using Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Basic knowledge of shoes manufacturing process & Quality Standard (including finished shoes, WIP parts & raw material).
Familiar with Eco-system criteria & basic lean tools (including: 5S, 7 wastes, TM engagement, PDCA, Quality circle, kaizen activities, TT & CT, etc.)
