Estimator (Entry/ Middle Level)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you have what it takes. Some of the following would be helpful too:
• Bachelor's degree with a major in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Construction Materials
• Ability to read/interpret and familiar with Construction Drawings.
• Ability to perform taking-off quantity from designed drawings. Sharp and like to work with numbers, have logical thinking, and can categorize things by type.
• High attention to detail with a high level of cognitive skills.
• Knowledge about Wood House Framing is a huge advantage for this position.
• English skills equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher. Good at communication skills.
• Being familiar with an Estimating software or Excel is a plus.
We are now using the Planswift software at work.
• Personal time management skills for meeting established deadlines.
• Be able to work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and absorb new things, customer focus and result oriented
• Integrity and carefulness
