The Estimator / QS is responsible for preparing cost estimates, performing quantity take-off, and managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects from inception to completion. The role includes tendering, cost control, and ensuring that all works are delivered within budget and in compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender pricing based on drawings and specifications.
Lập dự toán chi tiết và giá dự thầu dựa trên bản vẽ và yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
2. Perform quantity take-off (BOQ) from drawings and project documents.
Bóc tách khối lượng (BOQ) từ bản vẽ và tài liệu dự án.
3. Analyze project requirements and propose cost-effective solutions (value engineering).
Phân tích yêu cầu dự án và đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu chi phí.
4. Prepare and submit tender documents and participate in bid evaluation.
Lập và nộp hồ sơ dự thầu, tham gia đánh giá thầu.
5. Plan and manage budgeting and financial aspects of projects.
Lập kế hoạch và quản lý ngân sách, tài chính dự án.
6. Monitor project costs and control variations and claims.
Theo dõi chi phí và kiểm soát phát sinh, claim.
7. Prepare and verify progress payments and final accounts.
Lập và kiểm tra hồ sơ thanh toán và quyết toán.
8. Review and manage contracts and sub-contract agreements.
Kiểm tra và quản lý hợp đồng, hợp đồng thầu phụ.
9. Evaluate project risks and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Đánh giá rủi ro và kiểm soát chi phí trong suốt vòng đời dự án.
10. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on cost-related matters.
Phối hợp với khách hàng, tư vấn, nhà cung cấp và thầu phụ về các vấn đề chi phí.
11. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirements.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu hợp đồng, pháp lý và quy định công ty.
12. Keep updated on material prices, labor costs, and market trends.
Cập nhật giá vật tư, nhân công và xu hướng thị trường.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Tốt nghiệp đại học ngành xây dựng, QS hoặc liên quan.
2. At least 3 years of experience in estimation and/or quantity surveying.
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm dự toán và/hoặc QS.
3. Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, and tendering processes.
Am hiểu BOQ, dự toán và quy trình đấu thầu.
4. Experience in contract administration and cost control.
Có kinh nghiệm quản lý hợp đồng và kiểm soát chi phí.
5. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
Đọc hiểu bản vẽ và tài liệu kỹ thuật tốt.
6. Proficient in MS Excel and relevant estimation software.
Thành thạo Excel và phần mềm dự toán.
7. Good communication and negotiation skills.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và đảm bảo tiến độ.
9. English communication is an advantage.
