ROLES:
Event & Activation Executive supports the planning and execution of high-end events for DAFC corporate brand and its portfolio of luxury brands. This role assists in coordinating event logistics, managing vendors and on-site operations, and ensuring seamless execution that delivers exceptional experiences for clients and guests while reinforcing brand image and differentiation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support to plan and execute retail events, including fashion event, product launches, exclusive previews...
• Creating a checklist for event preparations
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, event staffing, and vendor management
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Sales) to align event strategies with overall brand objectives.
• Support to develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with event suppliers and partners.
• Compiling reports on data collected from events
Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• College or University Degree
• At least 1-2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles, preferably in luxury, fashion, or retail industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Have the spirit of learning, working actively
• Well-organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), other work support software..
