- The job holder ensure that
Techcombank's brand strategy in line with the development strategy of the wholeline is implemented as planned.
- The job holder participating in developing plans and execution for major corporate events of the bank
- The job holder participating in the development of a brand plan including implementing the "Excellent > Everyday Life Trend to lead the media to strengthen emotional connection with the target audience, at the same time make a difference and lead the market
Key accountabilities
- Participate in building long-term and short-term brand development plans including objectives, objects and orientation of deployment models for each stage to gradually realize the brand strategy.
- Responsible for building and executing events plan along the year;
- Coordinate and work closely with event organization vendors;
- Participate in developing a plan to deploy the trend of Living Better Every Day (hub, app, social fund ...) with relevant departments, ensuring the progress and quality of the model's activities in line with the model's requirements and strategy
- Develop a short-term and long-term plan for corporate events of the bank (big idea, main message, cross-cutting content)
- Support building evaluation criteria/framework, KPIs to measure effectiveness for each campaign and activity.
- Work closely with the implementation department to ensure the detailed implementation is consistent with the plan;
- Analyze performance based on implementation reports to optimize campaigns as well as provide improvement points for subsequent campaigns.
- Control detailed budget and plan schedule within assigned work scope.
- Participate in a positive organizational culture, complying with requirements, on time.

Qualification and Experiences
- Have professional knowledge on brand development and event management, priority in FMCG industry, MNC companies,
real estate companies, large corporations or event management agencies;
- Having experience in organizing events for 1,000+ people;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand and marketing management, in which event management is a major part of the job;
- Having experience in organizing marathons is a plus point;
- Good use of English: TOEIC (605 - 780) or IELTS 5.5
