• Making the plan, designing the event program
• Responsible for the assignment and management of all activities related to the organization of corporate events
• Arrange meetings explain the key ideas of the program
• Monitor and report progress, the results of events
• Control, ensure budget & quality of assigned events
• To advise the Board of Directors in selecting execution mode for event.
• Can be make a event package & executive as customer brief with flexible pricing
• Detailed work will be made clear in the interview
Yêu cầu
Job requirements
• Graduated College / University departments: Marketing, Economics, Media, Events, ...
• Have an education event background is advance.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position, have experience in event agency is advance
• Negotiable salary, depending on the capacity and experience
• Experience in the students/ children segment will be an advantage
• Planning and organizing skills
• Management and assignment and supervise skills
• Have a strategic vision
• Work independently - groups & high pressure
• Use good office computer, powerpoint
• Solve problems well, handling / improvise situations , fast and flexible
• Creative, thinking acumen
• Good communication in English is an advantage
