Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Event Marketing Officer.
- Work location: AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary- Working time: 5 days/ week, in shift (1 - 2 C shifts 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM per week, weekly OFF days depend on month roster), may work on Public Holidays as work requirements- Report to: Executive/ Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, organizing events, ensuring Marketing campaigns are running smoothly in Shopping Center to attract customers and increase sales volume of Tenants.
Work with agencies/vendors to check all decoration design, POSM, customer gifts, PGs, ect, to ensure event in Marketing campaign, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) running smoothly;
Contribute ideas to maximize marketing campaigns inside Mall within budget: decoration, event, promotion;
Patrol Shopping Center daily to provide support to events/tenants and ensure the best service provided to customers;
Assist tenants/outside communities in organizing events in Marketing campaign, SDGs;
Explain marketing information to Internal team/Tenants/Customers;
Handle administration tasks for Event Marketing team such as: making payments, contracts, license registration on time and accurately;
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on time;
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree, in any field;
Fresh candidates can be trained. Having 1-2 years experience in related fields is an advantage;
Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
Have planning and organizing skill, and have a good teamwork spirit;
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Willing to work in shift.
