Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Event Marketing Officer based in Hanoi.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Long Bien in Hanoi
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (5 - 6 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per month)
+ Report to: Leader/ Manager
Job summary: Make plan and execute event promotions and marketing campaigns according to company marketing strategy
· Work with agencies/ vendors to check all decoration design, POSM, customer gifts, PGs, etc. to ensure smooth running of events.
· Contribute the ideas to maximize marketing communication tools inside Mall within budget.
· Patrol SC daily to provide support to tenants and ensure the best service provided to customers.
· Explain marketing information to Tenants/Customers.
· Handle with paperwork related to execute marketing events/tasks.
· Making report as assignment accurately and timely.
· Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
1) Bachelor's degree, any fields.
2) Having 1 - 2 years working experience in related fields is an advantage. Fresher can be trained.
3) Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
4) Have planning and organizing skill, have good teamwork spirit, coping with stress skill.
5) Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6) Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (5 - 6 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per month)
