Event & Promotion Manager

Develop and execute event and promotion strategies to drive sales performance across residential projects.
Plan and manage the full lifecycle of sales events, including project launches, booking events, private previews, customer appreciation events, and community activities.
Design and implement promotional programs to maximize sales conversion while ensuring commercial effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Develop sales activation initiatives to enhance customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and support sales channels.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, procurement, and on-site operations to ensure successful event delivery.
Design customer journey and event experience to strengthen brand perception and improve sales conversion.
Build and execute engagement programs for sales agencies, business partners, and key stakeholders.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of events and promotional campaigns through data analysis and continuous improvement.
Research market trends, customer insights, and industry best practices to develop innovative activation concepts.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
