This is not a routine accounting role. You will work directly with senior leadership, be involved in high-level financial reporting, audits, and strategic planning, while operating in a structured international environment.

Job Description:
You will take ownership of key accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting:
• Manage payment processes, petty cash, and accounting entries (expenses, fixed assets)
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes, including reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and tax filings in compliance with VAS and local regulations
• Work directly with Big 4 auditors on financial statements and tax reviews
• Handle social insurance and statutory reporting requirements
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities
• Review key contracts (insurance, hotel management agreements) from a financial perspective
• Act as a key liaison with Tax Authorities, State Bank of Vietnam, and Social Insurance Department
• Provide insights and reports to support management decision-making
• Translation and interpreting when required.
• Assist the General Director and Board of Management on strategic and operational matters.
