Mô tả công việc

• Handling shipment from booking until closure file as instructed by supervisor
• Maintain set KPI's
• Responsible for operational accuracy of individual shipments
• Responsible for billing accuracy of individual shipments.
• Responsible for on time file closure as per deadlines set forth by management
• Dealing with supervisor together with pricing team to find space/price related solutions.

Yêu cầu

• Under 1 year of Air operations experience (from booking stage to invoice)
• Team player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time management
• High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams
• University graduated.
• Experience in CargoWise ERP system would be an added advantage.
