• Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements and personal executive tasks related to business activities as requested
• Support office-related paperwork, events and vendors coordination
• Draft contents for internal announcements and support basic external communications and personal brand
• Format and finalize prepared materials and coordinate basic updates for company media uses
• Other tasks as assigned by

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificates
• Fresh graduates or candidates with under 2 years of experiences in similar roles are welcomed
• Native Vietnamese speaker with good command of English (speaking and writing); Basic Russian
• Strong writing skills; Having a portfolio is an advantage
• Professional, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• High level of integrity and discretion in a professional setting
• Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with social media pages (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn) and simple design tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint) is a plus
• Willingness to learn about ERP/IT environment and internal 1C tools
