SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Shipments handling and follow-up, including booking processing, shipments monitoring, exception handling
• Strictly follow internal / external process with dedication and minimum mistake / failure
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis
• Handle inquiries received from customers/other relevant parties
• Problem investigation and solving
• Billing related tasks
• Assessment and Implementation of new project / process
• Fulfill / establish reports upon being required
• Strictly follow company's rule during working hours
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by Customer Service Manager

2. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors in Foreign Trade/ Economics or related fields
• Minimum 1 years of experience in forwarding/ logistics companies in Customer Service or any position with working with clients.
