Our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increased returns. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries you will advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital.
Strategy and Transactions - Valuation, Modeling and Economics (HCMC Office)
*Your key responsibilities
- Perform the analysis of historical financial performance and financial position in the business valuation for various purposes (e.g. M&A purpose, tax purpose, financial reporting purpose, purchase price allocation, etc.);
- Perform the economy analysis;
- Perform the research of comparable companies and comparable transactions which are used as inputs of market-approach valuation;
- Assist the audit team to review the valuation reports prepared by other valuers (e.g. property valuation reports, Purchase price allocation report, goodwill impairment review, etc.) as an audit procedure;
- Mentor and guide junior staff in valuation techniques and best practices.
