Mô tả công việc
1. Project Planning
• Create a project plan and assess the feasibility of the project in cooperation with Project Manager such as work packages, resources allocation.
• Plan the appropriate additional machinery/equipment for production lines based on MBV business.
• Plan the production layout, processes.
2. Create Standards in Project Management
• Create standards in project documentation and reporting that can be applied in all Work Packages.
• Implement standards in cooperation with Project Manager.
• Adherence of standards.
3. Monitoring and Project Controlling
• Create consistent production process documentation.
• Gather information from responsible person.
• Follow up Project status, quality and standard, compare with plan.
• Check budget in close collaboration with F&A and report to Superior.
• Identify fields of improvement and optimization.
4. Risk Management in collaboration with Project Manager
• Identify possible risks.
• Define probability of occurrence and impact.
• Define possible countermeasures; Perception of risks.
5. Others
• Manage collecting of all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Data.
• Responsible for monthly KPI report of Operations Vietnam.
• Communicate and send report on a regular basis, status meetings
Yêu cầu
• University degree, preferably in process engineering, mechanical engineering, automobile engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive industry or similar
• Project management and presentation skills, bilingual English/Vietnamese, Production process and process flowcharts.
