Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for delivering efficient and optimal implementation and operation of Technical platforms for Division.
He/she will collaborate with various stakeholder groups and partners and lead the deliver of targets through expertise, experience, working with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution on every phase of the project/initiative's life cycle.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Planning:
• Help develop and execute Finance's transformation strategy aligned with the company's financial goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross function teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
• Assess risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to financial operations.
Change Management:
• Help plan and build allocated change management process, help with organizational adoption of new financial processes, systems, and technologies
Process Improvement:
• Help evaluate current financial processes, data and systems within FSM and Finance where possible, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Help build solution to solve for identified inefficiencies in existing financial processes and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Technology Integration:
• Act as expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new financial technologies and systems, align with business objectives.
• Act as expert to help Head of FSM with the selection, implementation, and integration of finance-related technologies, such as ERP systems and financial analytics tools
Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with key stakeholders across Functions (and Divisions where relevant), providing regular updates and gaining buy-in for transformation initiatives.
• Analyze stakeholder goals and effectively manage their expectations, addressing any misalignment
Train and encourage culture of transformation:
• Champion transformation by introducing best practices from successful market players, thought leadership and create an environment where teams can collaborate well
• Help deliver technology use cases, onboard suitable platforms for internal adoption
