Mô tả công việc
* Booking & Space Management:
• Receive shipping instructions from customers or the sales team.
• Check vessel schedules and secure space (Booking Note) with Shipping Lines or Co-loaders.
• Negotiate local charges and freight rates if not already contracted.
* Documentation & Compliance:
• Follow stuffing plan from Clients
• Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) and VGM (Verified Gross Mass) to carriers on time
• Issue House Bills of Lading (HBL) and verify Master Bills of Lading (MBL).
• Submit AMS/ AFR/ ACI/ ENS/ MPCI
• Prepare and send Pre-alerts to overseas agents to facilitate destination handling.
* Shipment Tracking:
• Track the status of containers (Empty pickup, Full gate-in, Loaded on Board, connecting vessel,..)
• Check the status of vessels, port congestion,...
• Update customers immediately regarding vessel delays, rollovers, or changes in ETA.
* Financial Administration:
• Verify and approve invoices from shipping lines and vendors.
• Issue Debit Notes/Invoices to customers and ensure all cost details are accurately recorded in the system.
* Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Accuracy of shipping documentation (zero-error rate).
• Timeliness of SI/VGM submissions.
• Customer satisfaction and responsiveness to inquiries.
• Recovery and resolution speed for operational exceptions (e.g., vessel delays)
Working time: 8:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Saturday Morning.
Yêu cầu
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Sea Freight operations within a Freight Forwarding or 3PL company.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020, shipping terminology (CY/CY, CFS/CFS), and maritime law.
- Familiarity with sea freight surcharges (THC, CIC, LSS, Seal fees, etc.).
Skills:
- Proficiency in Logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, FMS) and MS Office (Excel).
- Strong English proficiency (reading and writing) for communication with global agents.
- High attention to detail to avoid costly shipping errors or fines.
