Mô tả công việc
Contact customers to obtain details for issuing the bill.
Open the file & issue the B/L for customer. Verify shipment details with the agent and sale's customers.
Submit the SI & VGM to the shipping line.
Process AMS/AFR/ENS files & FMC filings for the shipment.
Provide AMS/eManifest, ISF information to customers and agents on time.
Amend the B/L as per customer requests.
Send pre-alerts to the agent.
Update delivery orders upon receipt of payment and customer requests.
Monitor shipment status (AMS, eManifest, ISF match).
Track the shipment through each leg of the journey.
Provide updates for each stage to the shipper/agent.
Revise AMS, eManifest, ISF in case of changes (transshipment, B/L amendments).
Update customers on vessel departure and arrival schedules.
Verify invoices from shipping lines and agents, enter purchase costs into the system, and inform accounting for payment processing.
Enter sales prices for nominated shipments or as authorized by sales.
Archive all shipment-related documents into the system.
Close the file once the shipment is completed.
Coordinate with sales, shipping lines, and customers to resolve issues related to shipments, such as vessel changes, delays, port changes, or damages/losses.
Work with operations/customers, airlines, or co-loaders to address issues at the origin, such as damages, weight discrepancies, incorrect documents, or other incidents.
Collaborate with customers/airlines/agents/co-loaders to handle claims related to delays, damages, or missing cargo at the destination airport or final destination.
Work with sales and accounting to finalize payments and recover outstanding debts from customers.

Yêu cầu
Graduated from college or higher in economics, import-export, or related fields.
Experience in a customer service & documentation role for export shipments, with 2-5 years in the logistics/forwarding industry.
Proficient in English; strong communication skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
