Mô tả công việc
Work with overseas offices/agents on sending and receiving documents
Check all relevant documents, debit note, credit notes, house bill of lading, master bill of lading, cargo manifest,... for accuracy
Prepare documents (D/O, arrival notice...), upload cargo manifest to customs system, release related documents and ensure smooth cargo delivery
Update shipment status into the system
Create and update costing and billing into the system
Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner
Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manager
Yêu cầu
From 1 years experience in logistics/freight forwarding/import - Export.
College or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import - Export (a noterized degree is required)
Working experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus
Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
Able to work under pressure; good time management skills
