Mô tả công việc
1. Main responsibilities
SCOPE: Logistics related to all the export import items to/from Vietnam
Coordinate with all the stakeholders for movement of SS, Germplam, Production stock or commercial seeds & prepare a clear delivery plan & the associated documents/information to move the materials.
Carefully review the documents of the exporting countries & ensure that the seeds are shipped only after the green signal from HMC Vietnam.
Follow up on / track the shipments that are in transit & coordinate with the clearing agents for quick release from Customs.
Coordinate with the production manager & track the crop progression & update the tentative delivery to the customers.
Report weekly the SS import status & the delivery of export items against the targeted timelines.
Negotiate with the freight forwarding companies & the clearing agents on the logistics/service charges.
Network with local PQ department & help in PRA
Keep informed about the changes in the local laws affecting EXIM & update the documents & inform the stakeholders of the same.
Coordinate with Asia EXIM Logistics coordinator & update the work progress weekly/monthly
·Be a Point of contact for EXIM logistics in Vietnam
Coordinate with Finance for invoice clearance
Coordinate with legal & compliance team
Develop new vendors/agents for clearance & freight forwarding
