***Place of Work: mainly at our Representative Office in HCMC with regular visits to our factory in the Binh Duong province.
- As an integral part of the EMSA VIETNAM team, with a strong focus on new business development and customer relationship building, you will deliver financial, volume and trading objectives across the markets of the Asia Pacific region.
- Reporting directly to the General Director you will be responsible for sales and marketing strategies, plans and budgets, for building and growing our garden brands EMSA and ESTERAS, and for driving sales and profitability of our garden products through importers and distributors in the defined markets.
- You will be responsible for the management, expenses, promotions and other sales activities of our export department and for managing the commercial relationship with our importers and distributors in each market.
- In this position you will have to work closely together with colleagues at our factory and at our German headquarter.

Yêu cầu
- Candidate should be +30 years old and preferably be a University Degree holder in Business Administration or Sales/Marketing with a proven successful track record in sales
- At least 5-6 years successful sales experience in branded consumer goods, preferably of outdoor/garden products, with a solid understanding of supply chains
- Professional working knowledge of international trade, sales and building lasting and customer relationships
- Sound knowledge of exports, P&L, price calculations, consolidations and logistics
- Very good computer skills MS Office
- Proficient communication skills in English (speaking, reading and writing), Chinese or Japanese language skills would be a bonus, and you are willing to travel about 30-50% of your time
- Pleasant, open-minded personality with team spirit, strong international and customer orientation and an empathy for Asian mentalities and work practices
- Self-motivated, highly committed, well organized and efficient, a real hunter mentality with a passion to develop new markets and customers and drive sales
