Job Definition
To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking an EXPORT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
In close collaboration with the Export Team of Andros Vietnam, he or she shall focus in supporting the development of Andros Vietnam and other brands of the Andros Group focusing first on Thailand and Malaysia with a possibility to expand to other ASEAN countries or other projects.
He or she will need to show great coordination and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to provide adapted support to Andros partners through close commercial contact. He or she will help to build up the suitable strategy to win market shares and grow the different brands of the group.
As a successful candidate, he/she will also be working closely with our marketing divisions to achieve ambitious goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
Sales part:
1. Market Expansion and Strategy:
* Contribute and implement strategic export plans to enhance sales and market expansion, using right portfolio of products and services for the covered countries,
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity in international markets to adjust strategies accordingly,
* Ensure the launching of Andros Asia portfolio of products in the covered markets,
2. Distributor Management & Customer Relationship Manager
* Negotiate contracts with foreign distributors & customers and manage international sales agreements,
* Follow up orders and ensure on time deliveries, by managing and resolving any customs or delivery issues that may arise during the export process,
* Guide and train the distributors to meet the company's goals
3. Key Account Monitoring and Development:
* Find new prospects and targets: KEY ACCOUNT for Andros Asia products as priority, continue updating the mapping, and develop the right strategy / approach for their acquisition
* Ensure sales to Key Account by the means of Demos, close follow up & relationship and innovative ideas
Marketing part:
* Co-ordinates, plans and implements all aspects of marketing plans for the development of assigned existing Export Markets,
* Follow up closely the marketing budget and activities,
* Build a newsletter (monthly or bi-monthly) to let our distributors know the news, success stories, marketing activities across countries,
* Share all designs, relay marketing activities,
* Create/relay contents to be adapted to the different markets to ease the work of our distributors and push them to communicate more (request to designers + follow up),
Admin part:
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and legal requirements, including obtaining necessary export licenses and permits,
* Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of products,
* Support to register new SKU/product & update customers. Send documents, samples, photos, specs according to customer requests,
* Update sales report & its analysis,
* Follow up on forecast, stock, and target,
* Follow up trends & new product launches.
* Help to develop entry level staff into valuable/skilled sales people (knowledge sharing)
Performs any other related duties as may be required by the function

Yêu cầu

Diploma - Experience - Profile
* A bachelor's degree in food or related science with a good working knowledge of marketing for food and how it relates to customer menu development
* At least 3+ years of experience in Handling distributors or Marketing sales of FMCG products to Retail, Food Service & Horeca
* Demonstrated knowledge of the food industry
* Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
* Language: Proficiency in English, and other ASEAN language and French are definitely a plus
* Ability to work independently and to travel often
* Candidates with a knowledge/having experience of/in the jam/preserves market are preferred
Competences
* Ability to speak confidently and knowledgeably about food, its processing & selling concepts with customers.
* Ability to initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers both inside and outside the company, as well as obtain meetings with potential and existing clients, articulate the company's value proposition/solution offering, and develop rapport clients/prospects.
* Willing to share knowledge with colleagues and customers.
* Ability to find solutions to complex problems and to adapt to changing priorities
* Good organization skills
