Our business is stable and growing steadily. Due to business expansion, we are urgently looking for a qualified candidate for the following position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on the full export shipping process for all shipments;
Prepare and review all shipping documents, including but not limited to Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, etc.;
Handle shipment details and coordinate customs declaration and clearance matters;
Communicate with overseas customers via email and phone in English, providing timely updates on shipment status;
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal production teams to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.

Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in export shipping, freight forwarding, or international trade operations;
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate independently with overseas clients via email and phone;
Proficient in preparing shipping documents and familiar with customs declaration procedures and relevant regulations;
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and possessing strong cross-departmental coordination skills;
Prior experience working with European clients is a plus.

Salary: Negotiable 15-18 mil
Bonus: 13th salary
Insurance: Based on total salary
Working day: Monday-Friday
